Why the rate of poverty is higher in India?

As India is an second largest country in terms of population. Upto 20% of Indian population suffer from poverty. This also results into various serious factors. Such as improper health facilities, lack of education holder, unemployment, child labour, infected with HiV-AIDS. India is holding a highly ranking poor population.

As India has upto 2 billion people. And this is the common cause of poverty. As the number population is getting increased day by day, but in comparison to the population there are no sufficient jobs available in market. Due to the lack of employment people suffer from poverty. Another reason of poverty is people lack in terms of education.

Due to the improper education people don’t have knowledge of taking in use of sexual treatments. Such as condoms, and other related treatment. So they carry on increasing the number of having children’s. This results into higher population of India. And higher population give push to the poverty line. India is suffering from unemployment and this give rise to poverty.

Due to no jobs woman’s and children’s are forced to work as labour’s. They work in the coal mines, factories, collecting garbage, etc. This results into various health problems and they tend to fall I’ll. And due to no money they are unable to take proper treatment and at a stage they die. They are made to work for upto 12-14 hours with vary low wages and proper safety majors too.

Females working in factories also suffer from serious health disease. They are not given a holiday for maternity and pregnancy. This leads to the causing disease to new born child also. India has high rates of poverty and the level poverty is touching sky’s. People don’t have place to stay and they spent nights on the runways and make huts on the footpath. There many who also live in the areas where people dump garbage.
